Co-Managing BrokerSebastian's diverse background and extensive international experience have uniquely positioned him for success as the Director of Recruitment and Compliance. Born in Argentina, he embarked on a globe-trotting journey during his professional rugby career, residing in various countries such as Australia, England, South Africa, Brazil, Peru, Paraguay, and Bolivia. However, an injury in his late 20s prompted Sebastian to retire and return to Argentina, where he collaborated with his father in their business ventures.
Equipped with an industrial degree and a Masters Degree in alternative fuels, Sebastian relocated to northern Texas, specializing in electric conversion kits. Demonstrating his versatility and adaptability, he further pursued his interest in real estate, obtaining his license in Texas in 2014. Sebastian's passion for real estate led him to acquire a second home in the captivating Florida Keys, eventually settled there permanently in 2019 alongside his wife and two sons.
An innate entrepreneur, Sebastian swiftly immersed himself in the thriving Florida Keys real estate industry, attaining remarkable achievements. With his fluency in English and Spanish, coupled with his General Contractor license, Sebastian effectively communicates and builds strong relationships with clients. Beyond his professional pursuits, Sebastian finds solace in his love for fishing and outdoor activities and cherishes quality time with his beloved family.
