Mallory Morton Pinto is a licensed Real Estate Broker and the owner of Keys Ocean Vacation Rentals (KOVR), offering clients a comprehensive, full-service approach to real estate in the Florida Keys. A proud Marathon local since 2000, Mallory’s deep community roots and genuine passion for Keys living give her a unique edge when guiding clients through buying, selling, or investing in paradise.

With a degree in Communication from the University of South Florida and a background in high-level sales, Mallory built a career on the foundation of relationship-building, integrity, and results. After returning to Marathon in 2013, she became co-owner of a national medical supply company and later expanded into real estate in 2016. Her drive to continually grow led her to earn her Broker’s license in 2023, deepening her knowledge and sharpening her service offerings across residential, commercial, and investment properties.

In addition to her sales success, Mallory manages a thriving portfolio of long-term and vacation rentals, giving her clients valuable insights into the investment side of real estate. She’s deeply involved in the community through organizations like the Business and Professional Women’s Club and Leadership Monroe County (Class XXVII).
