Kim Bagnell has called the Florida Keys home since 1999, after relocating from the Midwest. For over 31 years, she has been a successful real estate agent in the luxury real estate market, providing her clients with a positive real estate experience and unparalleled customer service. In addition, Kim is a gifted and effective negotiator, expertly navigating the delicate process of negotiation by applying much-needed patience, dedication, and determination in advocating on her clients' behalf. Her in-depth knowledge of the community and experience have made her the foremost expert in her field - both locally and internationally. A consistent multi-million dollar producer throughout her career, Kim has consistently been in the top of her field. Kim earned her Real Estate Broker's license in the state of Florida and is also a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). In addition, Kim received her B.A. in business from Purdue University. When not helping her clients purchase their piece of paradise, Kim enjoys entertaining, boating, scuba diving, horseback riding, and fishing with friends, and she enjoys spending time with her two Rottweilers.
