Kim Thaler has called the Florida Keys home since 1999, after relocating from the Midwest. For over 25 years, she has been a successful real estate agent in the luxury real estate market, providing her clients with a positive real estate experience and unparalleled customer service. In addition, Kim is a gifted and effective negotiator expertly navigates the delicate process of negotiation by applying much-needed patience, dedication, and determination in advocating on her client's behalf. Her in-depth knowledge of the community and experience has made her the foremost expert in her field - locally and internationally. A consistent multi-million dollar producer throughout her career, Kim has achieved more than $300 million dollars in sales since 1994 and has consistently been in the top of her field. Kim earned her Real Estate Broker's license in the state of Florida and also is a graduate of the REALTORS® Institute (GRI). In addition, Kim received her B.A. in business from Purdue University. When not helping her clients purchase their piece of paradise, Kim enjoys entertaining, boating, scuba diving, horseback riding and fishing with her husband, Mike and her two prized Rottweilers.
