Everett grew up in the charming deep South yet found that nothing beats the Southernmost island of Key West. After leaving the U.S. Navy and then graduating from Florida State University he set his sights on Key West's island culture and balmy breezes. He worked for a top real estate company specializing in vacation rentals while managing the company's two rental offices. After acquiring over 18 years of expertise on the job, he decided to further his career in paradise by joining Ocean Sothebys International Realty along with his wife Kellie.

Together Everett and Kellie have a combined 35 years of experience in Key West real estate sales and rentals as professional REALTORS. Kellie met Everett in Key West and their shared passions blossomed into much more. They both love real estate, fine art, fishing, boating, photography, dogs, each other, and especially their young son Wyatt.
