About Sandy McCoy

With nearly two decades of experience in education and leadership, Sandy brings a strong background in organizational management, communication, and relationship-building to Ocean Sotheby’s International Realty. After beginning her career as an educator and later moving into school leadership, she developed a talent for managing complex day-to-day operations, solving problems, and building strong relationships with the people and communities she serves.

A Florida Keys resident for more than a decade, Sandy has built her career, raised her family, and become deeply connected to the community she calls home. Her years in education and leadership gave her the opportunity to work closely with local families, businesses, and community organizations throughout the Keys, developing strong relationships and a valuable local perspective.

Sandy brings a people-first approach to her work, along with the organization, adaptability, and ability to balance competing priorities that have defined her career. She is at her best in dynamic settings where she can solve problems, connect with people, and bring order to a fast-moving environment.

Outside of the office, Sandy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, staying active, getting out on the water, and enjoying the unique lifestyle that comes with calling the Florida Keys home.
