About Lindsey Davis

Originally from Michigan, Lindsey moved to the Florida Keys in 2010 to fulfill her dream of island living. Soon after her move, she met her husband, whom she married in 2015. They now have two fun-loving Keys kids and enjoy fishing, snorkeling, and traveling together. 

Lindsey and her husband, Captain Matt, purchased an offshore charter boat and run TAN MAN charters out of the infamous Bud n’ Mary’s Marina in the heart of Islamorada. When not fishing or enjoying the beautiful outdoors, Lindsey enjoys learning the tales of the deep history of the Florida Keys. 

Extensive knowledge of the local nuances, along with decades of customer service experience, has translated to her business as a way to provide seamless transactions to her real estate clientele. Her valuable skills are used daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team’s listings. When it comes to real estate in the Florida Keys, Lindsey admires and understands the rare and exclusive attributes that make this area unique. 

Lindsey is proud to be a former Guardian Ad Litem for Monroe County and knows the most valuable asset we have for our future is our children.
