About Lauren Varney

Utilizing a wealth of experience gained as a Talent Agent in NYC representing News/Broadcasting clients both nationally and locally, Lauren will lead the powerhouse marketing team at Ocean Sotheby's International Realty in promoting and maintaining our iconic brand in its offices spanning throughout the Florida Keys.

Lauren is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with degrees in Pre-Law, Film Studies, and International Studies. She began her career in New York City, where she worked for 9 years at United Talent Agency, representing clients through negotiations, PR/marketing, and contract management. In 2015, she developed and successfully launched Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen’s speaking tour, AC2: An Intimate Evening with Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen. Sought out for her creative skills and ability to confidentially work with influential clients, in 2018, Lauren transitioned into private equity, working at ICONIQ Capital for some of the world’s highest net-worth clients.

Lauren returned to her hometown of Islamorada in 2019, where she will apply her talents as the Marketing Director and Director of Operations for Ocean Sotheby’s International Realty. Lauren loves living, working, and playing in the Florida Keys alongside her husband, Dylan Naughton, and their daughter Hailey Monroe.
