About Karen Verri

Karen Verri enjoys delivering a luxury level of service to her clients throughout each buying and selling process while simultaneously facilitating a seamless real estate transaction.  As a dually licensed agent in both Florida and Georgia, she is able to provide a strong area network and market knowledge in both Key West, FL and North Atlanta, GA.

Having earned a degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, Karen then relocated to Florida’s Key West paradise. After having worked in sales and events management for over ten years, she held a position as the guest services manager at a luxury vacation rental complex in Key West.  During this time, Karen simultaneously earned her real estate license. 

Her background in hospitality helped her to develop a high level of customer service, deep attention to detail and strong negotiating skills.  Known for her ability to anticipate her client’s needs, she enjoys putting their real estate desires first to get them exactly what they want during the buying and selling process. Her background and expertise enables her to provide a high-touch experience to upscale clientele, and she enjoys working with those looking for relocation and investment opportunities. In addition, Karen is experienced with ADA-compliant needs and is honored for the opportunity to assist clients in finding the home where they will be most comfortable.  Currently, she focuses on helping clients within the Florida Keys and North Fulton County areas.    

Karen is a devoted mom and outdoor enthusiast.  When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys biking, hiking, horseback riding, cooking, wine, traveling and exploring both areas food scene.
