The Florida Keys have long been part of Jocelyn Marzella’s life. With great-grandparents who lived in the Lower Keys, a place she spent much of her childhood and where her family owns a second home, she was drawn to those roots in 2019, when she chose to make the Keys her permanent residence.

Jocelyn fully embraces life in the Keys, from the local community and culture to the natural beauty, spending her free time fishing and freediving. Sharing this lifestyle with others is a genuine passion of hers and has naturally shaped her career in both vacation rentals and real estate.

She is the owner of a vacation rental management company, giving her firsthand insight into how properties function well beyond the buying and selling process. This background shapes her real estate approach. Jocelyn offers buyers and sellers a practical, informed perspective, particularly when it comes to identifying properties that perform well in the short-term rental market. She understands how layout, location, condition, and amenities translate into real-world demand and long-term value.
