Jim Signor is a seasoned Broker Associate at Ocean Sotheby's International Realty, serving the Florida Keys. With extensive experience as a state-certified residential real estate appraiser throughout the Keys, Jim has also successfully managed a realty company with offices in Key Largo and Islamorada.

In 2003, Jim pioneered the launch of his website, KeysListings.com, one of the first platforms to offer real-time listing information in the Florida Keys. His expertise extends beyond the Upper Keys; he maintains strong relationships with Realtors in the Middle Keys (Marathon area), Lower Keys (Big Pine Key to Sugarloaf), and Key West. A long-time resident of the Upper Florida Keys since 1977, Jim is a proud graduate of Coral Shores High School in Tavernier and holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate.
