About Jessica Blass

Jessica was born and raised in the beautiful Florida Keys. Leaving the Keys for her post-secondary education, Jessica is a proud alumna of Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management. For nine years, Jessica worked for Target Corporation in various leadership positions. During her time with Target, she honed her ability to develop detailed strategies and plans and see them through completion. As a Store Team Leader, she had the opportunity to work with individuals of many backgrounds and various levels of experience from hourly team members to senior vice presidents resulting in not only the exemplary operation of her 55 million dollar a year business operation but also an update to the entire companies replenishment strategies.

In July of 2016, Jessica and her husband were given the opportunity to return to the Florida Keys with their family in order for him to become a partner in a successful surgical practice in Key West. They are excited to be back in the community where they were both born and raised and provide quality services both to long time residents and those looking to experience the Florida Keys for the first time. In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her daughters, fishing, boating and enjoying all Key West has to offer.
