About Eric Rizzo, PA

Eric Rizzo was born and raised in South Florida and spent copious time vacationing in Key West and Ocean Reef throughout his formative years. Eric grew up loving the Florida Keys lifestyle but fell in love with real estate in college at the University of Florida, where he made his first real estate acquisition. That passion grew as he attended law school at the University of Miami and spent weekends in Islamorada "to study."  When not occupied with school, he spent time observing and studying the unique and varied architectures that made South Florida special. Eric would spend countless hours admiring the residences of Coconut Grove and Coral Gables and talking to residents about their love affairs with their homes.

 

After graduating from law school, Eric started developing and investing in luxury properties from Vero Beach to Islamorada, concentrating on Ocean Reef, learning each area's distinctive tastes, flavors, and clientele. Eric's vast knowledge of real estate and the expectation to provide his clients and their homes with the best marketing available guided him toward Ocean Sotheby's International Realty. A company rooted in tradition and wasn't created by a clever tagline or a polished logo but by a thorough commitment to excellence, exceptional service delivered with precision, and ground in core principles. 

 

Eric feels strongly that there's nothing better than being miles offshore fishing, or at the reef diving for lobster, or hanging out in one of our iconic establishments and having happy customers reach out while enjoying this incredible life in this pristine environment that he was able to help them achieve.
