Global Real Estate AdvisorBeing a native of Southern Wisconsin and growing up in Janesville, Charlotte (or Charly as she is often referred to), was exposed by her loving parents to the meaning of caring for others, being focused, setting positive goals for herself, meeting those goals and always demonstrating ethical and sincere work habits. These characteristic traits, provided to her in her early years, has helped her succeed in her professional and personal life.
Charly’s professional career has been diverse with her early years starting at Parker Pen Corporation, where she was a part of a real industry leader in fine writing instruments. While at Baxter Healthcare and working in the medical industry, she developed team workmanship, discipline and leadership skills. Moving forward, Charly succeeded in managing a very successful travel agency while living in Michigan. Before settling into real estate sales, she had the good fortune to represent a premier General Motors vendor company providing management experience while handling relocation of fleets of new GM vehicles for automobile shows and displays.
Her move to the real estate sales industry took place in 2002 when she initially sold homes and property in Arizona. She has enjoyed the beauty of the Florida Keys and has worked in real estate sales in Marathon since 2008. Charly deeply cares that her customers succeed in their goals and desires as it relates to home purchases or sales. She delivers to her customers the same excellent service and representation that she would want for herself.
