Meet Amie
Amie Owens has called the Florida Keys home her entire life, giving her a deep connection to the community and a true understanding of what makes living here so special. She brings that local knowledge, along with permitting experience, business ownership, and financial expertise, to Ocean Sotheby’s International Realty.
Since 2000, Amie has worked with Island Construction Management as a permit expeditor and consultant, giving her firsthand experience with local municipalities, development requirements, and the unique challenges that can come with owning property in the Keys. She also holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Accounting and owns Healthy D’lites, an allergy-friendly specialty bakery serving businesses throughout the Florida Keys.
Family and community are a big part of Amie’s life. She joins Ocean Sotheby’s International Realty alongside her father, Don, the current Mayor of Islamorada. Her sister is a longtime real estate professional and philanthropist, and Amie is especially proud of her son, daughter-in-law, and her two granddaughters, Olivia and Blair.
Amie’s background gives her a practical, well-rounded approach to real estate and a genuine understanding of the Florida Keys market she has known her whole life.
