Frederick earned his BA in Business Mgmt from Westminster College (MO), and his Global MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management (now Arizona State University School of Global Management). After a successful sales and marketing career of more than 20 years, Frederick and his family moved to Key Largo in 2013, where he and his wife, Carina, are raising their three children.
