About Jack Niedbalski

After a spring break college vacation upon graduating from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelors degree in communications, Jack made the Florida Keys his home. Shortly after arriving in the Keys, he found his first career in radio and quickly climbed the ladder as Sales Manager/Station Manager overseeing 3 local radio stations for 22 years. Afterward, he moved on to become Executive Director of the local Habitat for Humanity affiliate, taking it from a 20 home operation to 50 homes before re-focusing his sights on the Florida Keys real estate market in January 2021. 

Having lived in the Upper Keys for almost 40 years, Jack became ingrained in this great community's fiber by being a long time Rotarian, active member of the Chamber of Commerce, and coaching high school football for 8 years. By being in the affordable housing industry for 10 years, Jack has a deep understanding housing market in our area. After getting his real estate license over 15 years ago, Jack has always had a pulse on the local real estate market and looks forward to utilizing his vast network of relationships to make the next best deal happen for you.
